Deli Department Manager to serve our members and customers at our Food Store located in
Ste. Anne, MB.

What you'll do:


The Deli Department Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of tasks and may be involved in the planning for the direction of their department.


Some of the main duties will include:

  • Live our brand, "You're at Home Here" by presenting a positive, collaborative, and professional image of the organization to all customers, visitors, suppliers, and team members.
  • Exemplify our company values: _People, Integrity, Excellence, and Responsibility. _
  • Oversee, plan, and manage daily operations for the Deli Department.
  • Establishes shortterm strategies, goals, and objectives for the store.
  • Responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering solutions.
  • Oversee the completion and follow through of all safety and environmental policies and procedures and ensure standards are achieved.
  • Frequently move items up to 55 lbs. at the site for various needs.
  • May provide operational oversight in absence of the Store Manager.
  • Ensuring the department meets and maintains food safety requirements and follow government accredited food safety programs.
  • Manage the Deli department in a positive, engaging way.
