Responsibilities:

- _Manage working relationships with clients_, internal resources and third parties such as vendors, subcontractors, and utilities.

Provide accurate project estimates, including labour, materials and equipment
Develop project scopes and objectives
Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
Identify and address project challenges proactively, finding solutions to keep projects on track
Monitor project costs, track expenses, and implement costsaving measures whenever possible
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

Requirements:

Proven work experience in the sign or construction industry
Proficiency in using select Project Management ERP software
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and stepbystep action plans
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and timemanagement
Strong clientfacing and teamwork skills
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
Strong working knowledge of Project Management software

Pay:
$57,000.00-$79,000.00 per year
