Job Description:

Avayda is seeking motivated students and individuals to join our team as Summer Sales Representatives. This position presents a great opportunity for students or individuals seeking seasonal employment.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for canvassing door-to-door to promote and sell our premium pest control services to homeowners in Kelowna.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, self-development, and entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct doortodoor sales presentations to homeowners, effectively communicating the benefits of Avayda's pest control services.
Identify and qualify potential customers, addressing their concerns and questions regarding pest management.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by Avayda to enhance sales skills and entrepreneurship knowledge.

Requirements:

Willingness to relocate to Kelowna, British Columbia, for the duration of the summer sales program.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales acumen and ability to work independently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
Previous sales experience is an asset but not required.
