Full Time Data Entry Clerk - Kelowna, BC

As a Data Entry Clerk for CARO Analytical Services' growing laboratory network, your main responsibilities will include:

Client Facing

  • Greeting walkin clients and receiving incoming samples.

Work Order Tasks

  • Work order Login and sample labelling.
  • LIMS client/project setup for small accounts.
  • Sending Login notification to clients promptly.

Logistics

  • Receiving incoming samples from couriers and assisting walkin client.
  • Shipping return coolers, interoffice shipments, sublet.
  • Complete Bottle Order Requests on WooCommerce and use it for tracking/preparing/packing order and shipping ontime.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Science degree or previous work in a laboratory is an asset.
  • Genuine dedication to customer care/service.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a very fastpaced environment.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office for quick and accurate data entry.

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

- customer service or data entry: 1 year (preferred)
- working in a laboratory: 1 year (preferred)
