They are enablers of growth and innovation and they seek, develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity.

We're currently searching for an experienced business analyst to help build the future digital landscape of our research and development teams as well as procurement and manufacturing.


Responsibilities:


  • Evaluates business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Leads ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for automation and integration to drive continuous improvement.
  • Serves as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
  • Partners with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way
  • Communicates effectively and efficiently with stakeholders
  • Develops meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and responds to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
  • Creates and implements project management plans with attention to transparent communication at all levels

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
  • Five or more years of experience as an IT business analyst
  • Experience designing and implementing solutions that align with business needs
  • Experience in reviewing and documenting business processes
  • Experience with data visualization
  • Experience in electrical engineering and/or manufacturing fields will be considered a strong asset
  • High proficiency with requirement gathering
  • Proven analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant business processes mapping tools and technologies
  • Ability to translate technical concepts and requirements into business terms and vice versa
  • Strong working knowledge of managing timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively
