Inside Sales Associate to join our Sales and Marketing department to support both current and future growth.

Who You Are
You will interact each day with our customers who trust us with their Traffic Control services, Signage requirements and Equipment Sales and Rentals needs.
Responsibilities:
- Quote prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications
- Learn to identify customer needs or desires in order to recommend the appropriate product or service
- Learn the software systems used by the company to be able to communicate effectively with incoming inquiries
- Keep a record of incoming inquiries to be able to reference at a later date
- Work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer complaints
- Provide feedback to other departments to help improve sales, marketing, and business processes.
- Stay current with products, services and trends in the Traffic Control industry so as to be able to answer questions from customers
- Maintain customer records in accordance with company data compliance standards and processes
- Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, or other information pertaining to purchased products
- Other duties as assigned
Job Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 35 years experience in a related position
- Minimum High school diploma, however a post secondary degree or diploma would be an asset
- Previous experience in an Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Call Center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar software
- Passionate, Authentic and Driven
- Excellent communication skills, pleasant demeanor, demonstrates a 'sense of calm' in fast paced environment with ability to work with multiple personalities both external and internal
- Attention to detail with written communication and follow up
- Strong organizational skills which support an excellent customer experience with ability to multitask
- Adaptability and flexibility in order to deal with different customers and needs in a short period of time
