Description

Gas Station Attendant

Duties:

Provide excellent customer service to all gas station customers
Operate the pointofsale (POS) system to process fuel and merchandise transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station, including fuel pumps, store shelves, and restrooms
Perform regular inventory checks and restock merchandise as needed
Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures, including monitoring the premises for any suspicious activity
Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning fuel spills and changing trash bins
Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns they may have

Skills:

Multilingual: Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is a plus
Fluent in English: Strong verbal communication skills in English are required
Upselling: Ability to promote additional products or services to customers
Technical Sales: Knowledge of technical products or services and ability to explain their features and benefits to customers
Technology Sales: Familiarity with technology products and ability to assist customers with their purchases
POS Experience: Proficiency in operating a pointofsale system for processing transactions
Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
Basic Math Skills: Competency in performing basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
