QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:

Technical training (certification, diploma or degree) including information technology, business

administration and project management

35 years of practical, related experience with progressive responsibility in the field,

Including project development and management

Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team environment
Able to analyze and solve problems independently
Knowledge of Workplace safety regulations and standards

DUTIES:

With a demonstrated commitment to the mission, vision and values of Child and Family All Nations Coordinated

Response Network, IT and Operations Coordinator supports the Information and Technology functions of ANCR,

- and oversees and coordinates general building operations:

Maintains and oversees building repairs and maintenance, security system, phone system, staff moves within

- and between buildings, office furnishing and equipment functionality.

Coordinates vehicle fleet maintenance and repairs, and provides reports.

- recommends on IT and operational plans and policies.- and operations.

Participates in the preparation and implementation of IT and operation projects, analyzing reports, making

recommendations, researching technological and operational solutions, seeking quotes, and functioning as a
team lead where assigned.

Prepares reports and data of a complex nature for the organization, develops systems and maintains records

that provide for the proper evaluation, control and documentation of assigned activities, including running
systems reports, file tracking and usage data.

Maintains professional communication with property managers, subcontractors, and service providers.
