Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows/MS Office.
• Experience in the construction industry and/or working with property managers is preferred

Duties:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support
• Stay uptodate with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Location:
South Western Ontario (London to Oakville). This position requires active fieldwork.

Pay:
From $42,500.00 per year
