Who are we searching for?

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our busy and growing team_
-
Job Duties (include, but not limited to):_

  • To assist in maintaining strong relationship/communication with customers as required
  • To be the first line of communication with customers regarding requests, updates or verification of order status
  • Compile information from multiple sources for reporting and file management
  • Perform clerical duties, such as filing and maintaining up to date customer and carrier files
  • Providing the appropriate paperwork to customers
  • Other related duties as required as assigned

Required Knowledge_**:


  • Strong computer skills and ability to operate within Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically Excel, and other computer systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and tight timelines in a professional manner
  • Effective communication skills to interact with external customers and individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Able to work efficiently as part of the team as well as independently
  • Ability to use general office equipment
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
  • Administrative Assistant work experience of 1 year

Working Conditions:_

  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
  • Overtime as required
  • Long periods of sitting, some standing
  • Variable environment as may be required to spend time in the warehouse when resolving issues

Salary:
$23.00 per hour


Schedule:
