THE ROLE


Do you have a competitive spirit? Are you a strong and influential communicator? If so, the CLAUS service team is looking for an ambitious Customer Retention Specialist to drive renewals within our existing customer base and advance with our company.

Join us and be part of a rapidly growing sales/service team working together to grow our business and increase market share.

While renewing existing Customers agreements will be the primary focus of the Customer Retention Specialist, they will also be required to sell facility services and adjacent items into these accounts to support our growth targets.

  • We need someone who can overcome objections and effectively demonstrate why we are the uniform, facilities, and first aid products supplier of choice.

Required Qualifications:


  • Valid driver's license, proof of car insurance and a dependable vehicle
  • Successfully pass Criminal Background Check
  • High school diploma

Preferred:


  • Businesstobusiness outside sales experience focused on growing existing accounts
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems
  • Salesforce preferred
  • Post secondary education or degree
