Depending on the role that is best suited to your background and interests, our Associates are responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting and client interface/presentation and manage the work of Analysts.

Managers provide client project delivery management, relationship management and team leadership. Directors provide client engagement delivery oversight, key relationship management, team leadership, business development, and program management.

Qualifications:

Experience leading the system implementation of various Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, including at least one end to end full cycle implementation

Previous functional consulting experience with a consulting or software company
Experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, including the following modules: Benefits, Payroll, Global Human Resources, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Workforce Management, Compensation, Talent Management, or Recruiting
For Manager level: Institutional strategic planning; Project financial management; Csuite client relationship management and cradle to grave implementation experience
Willingness to travel up to 50%nagement.
