Kipling Tire is looking to hire an experienced customer service advisor.

You will advise customers on the features and benefits of specific tire models and develop appropriate tire recommendations for their needs.

You will have the following responsibilities:

Service and product quotes, review recommendations, invoicing and cash-out, customer follow-ups
Schedule appointments
Order, or assist with ordering, parts as required
Ensure products and services are billed accurately

You will need:
-
Two years experience in tire services, or at a minimum in a similar environment.
