    We currently have an opening for an ambitious Project Manager in our Regina branch. This full-time position offers tremendous growth opportunities, including diverse projects, supported career development, and potential for advancement.

    As the Project Manager, you will be responsible to:

    • Establish and monitor processes, systems, standard operating procedures, methods, and projects designed to promote best practices and production efficiency;
    • Establish quality control measures and work with the Production team to document and investigate quality control issues effectively;
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and waste reduction while maintaining high standards of quality;
    • Establish strong relationships with vendors and suppliers ensuring production can be optimized;
    • Work collaboratively across the organization seeking feedback and establishing effective relationships with division leaders and branch managers.

    Your Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years experience in project managing Division 08 required
    • DHI accreditation will be considered an asset

    Your Skills:

    • Hands-on approach to problem-solving
    • Strong planning, and organizational skills
    • Critical/logical thinking and detail-oriented
    • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Proven skills in leading/managing through others
    • Action orientated and willing to challenge the status quo
