Studio Manager - Vancouver, Canada - Innovative Fitness

The world's largest premium personal training provider is looking for the perfect addition to our incredible team.The Opportunity:
You will be directing the day to day operations and executing growth strategies for our personal training studio and executive gym
Your Responsibilities:
- Creating and executing an annual facility plan to meet business KPI's
- Driving sales by attending attending networking events in the area to build new relationships and foster current client relationships
- Acting as the communication liaison building relationships with retail/alliance partners, charitable organizations, sponsors
- Acquisition of corporate client accounts
- Ensuring a high client retention by gathering client feedback and strategizing to address gaps in the client experience
- Maximizing the Studio's training schedule and space
- Recruitment, onboarding and development of staff
- Providing 1:1 mentorship meetings and quarterly performance evaluations for all studio employees
- Organize and conductly weekly team meetings for the staff
- Provide leadership and accountability in following the Innovative Fitness systems and philosophies to all the staff, including role managers (Sales, Events, and Product) and Front Desk Administrators
- Communicate individual and collective quarterly targets to role managers and ensure they are supported and on track to reaching their goals
- Conduct new client consultations when necessary and assist with new client setup
- Lead by example, live the culture, and pay it forward by facilitating and supporting teammate growth
- Driven to close sales and meet sales targets
- Passionate about health, fitness and outdoor adventure
- Has a positive outlook and a No Excuse attitude
- Has an engaging, outgoing and confident personality
- Strong communication skills (body language, vocal tone, and written and verbal)
- Leads by example, and always acts as a team player
- Values mentorship and seeks to support and lift up those around them
- Strong sense of personal accountability and an openness to fullcircle feedback
- Values giving back to the community and helping others
Our Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years management experience
- Minimum 2 years sales experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service
- Minimum 2 years of Personal Training experience
- Mandatory: Postsecondary degree in Kinesiology or Human Kinetics and/or a recognized Personal Training Certification
- Valid First Aid / AED / CPR certification, or willingness to obtain before starting

$80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
