• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of stage productions, including rehearsals, performances, and technical elements.
• Collaborate with directors, designers, and production staff to ensure smooth execution of the production.
• Create and maintain detailed production schedules, including rehearsal and performance schedules.
• Manage the backstage area during performances, ensuring that props, costumes, and set pieces are in place and ready for use.
• Communicate effectively with the cast and crew, providing clear instructions and guidance.
• Ensure the safety of all performers and crew members during rehearsals and performances.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during rehearsals or performances.
• Maintain accurate records of all productionrelated activities.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of stage management techniques and best practices.
