The Administrative Assistant position's hours are flexible (either full-time or part-time) between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and is based in our Whistler office.

The Administrative Assistant supports our Security Division's Assistant Operations Manager, and will liaise with technicians and clients to handle a range of administrative duties and provide support where needed.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Extract details from work reports to generate quotations, and forward to customers
Finalize work reports from technicians to present to customers
Update the monitoring station with required information
Utilize the database to maintain customer accounts (i.e., new installs, cameras, ULC inspections and WiFi internet account logs)
Administrative tasks including but not limited to office organization and filing

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role/related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Word, Excel, Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Possess the ability to perform a broad range of simultaneous duties and prioritize tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in handling sensitive information
Ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings
Knowledge of the construction industry and current development areas within the Sea to Sky corridor is considered an asset

Wage:
Dependent on experience, $22 - $24 per hour.
