Overview of Position:
Responsibilities:
- Support the management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
- Assist in underwriting new investment opportunities and conducting due diligence.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for real estate assets.
- Analyze project budgets, cash flows, and financial statements.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for senior management.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, providing variance analysis and cash flow forecasts.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
- Professional finance or accounting designation (e.g., CFA, CPA) is an asset.
- Strong financial modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience analyzing project budgets, pro formas, and financial statements.
- Knowledge of real estate development lifecycle from acquisition to disbursement.
