What you'll do
- The PCM Program Manager, Controls will oversee a team that supports Lines and Stations, project and program work in
- Lead the planning, promotion, implementation, and sustainment of PCM project and program management standards,
- Develop, promote, and maintain the strategic roadmap for continually building upon and enhancing PCM project and
- Work closely and collaborate with PCM portfolio leadership teams to create and maintain alignment on a vision and
benefit across PCM, while reserving portfolio specific discretion to address unique project and program delivery
requirements.
- Implement processes to ensure that project and program management practices adhere to established standards and

What you bring
- University degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Human Resources and

- Project Management Institute (PMI) certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is considered
