Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and set up breakfast buffet for hotel guests
  • Ensure all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
  • Monitor food temperatures to ensure safety and quality standards are met
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions they may have
  • Follow all food handling and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Skills:


  • Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques
  • Ability to cook basic breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, and pancakes
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
