    Dudek is seeking a subject matter expert with a proven track record in Microsoft 365 and Power platform. The lead will be responsible for administering, enhancing, and extending our Microsoft 365 suite and SharePoint environments.

    The role requires expertise in configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting core Microsoft 365 applications and SharePoint environments, along with leveraging the capabilities of the Power Platform, to facilitate efficient collaboration, content and document management, and workflow management for our enterprise.

    Must have solid interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to both technical and non-technical audiences. There is no single way to solve a problem, so we support your creative approaches to solve problems.
    Configure and administer Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and other collaboration tools to meet business needs.
    Design and implement SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions according to best practices and user requirements.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into efficient M365, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions.
    Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Power Automate, and Power BI
    Manage user access, permissions, and security settings within Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments.
    Implement best practices for security, governance, and performance within Power Platform applications and SharePoint Online
    Provide user training and support for M365 collaboration, Power Platform, and SharePoint applications.
    Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance as needed.

    Proactively monitor new features, functionalities, and best practices related to M365, the Power Platform, and SharePoint and recommend applicable capabilities.

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Microsoft 365 and Power Platform certifications) preferred.

    Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 administrator, with expertise in SharePoint Online and Power Apps & Power Automate configuration and administration.

    Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite functionality, including OneDrive, SharePoint, as well as Power Automate workflows, connectors, and process automation.

    Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks is a plus.
    Strong ability to interact and communicate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions
