- 5+ years of supervisor/foreman level of sewer and watermain work
- 5+ years of managing small to medium sized crews and workflow
- Experience and knowledge of heavy equipment, safe operating practices and procedures
- Ability to plan, organize and manage tasks to ensure workmanship
- Must be able to read and interpret drawings
- Must have excelled knowledge of installations of elevations, pipe installations and grades
- Ability to communicate, give direction and follow up
- Must be safety-oriented, ability to train new workers and communicate/mitigate hazard
- All functions of sewer crew; planning, executing, quality control, training
- Interprets information per drawings, communicates and executes
- Coordination with management for the divide of equipment/labour demands
- Inspects work, corrects errors and ensures accuracy
- Complies with company safety program and leads by example
- Organization of project details, performance objectives
- Communication of any discrepancy, errors or deficiency
- Ability to plan ahead
