    Job title: Manager, International Tax

    Description

    Our organization is currently seeking a seasoned Manager to spearhead our International Tax team.

    The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of corporate tax, including consulting, compliance and research within the international tax realm. They should also have experience preparing and reviewing international tax compliance and tax reorganizations, as well as working knowledge of transfer pricing tax concepts and efficiencies in cross-border flows.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead multiple client-facing engagement teams responsible for international corporate tax engagements involving advice on tax planning opportunities, worldwide minimization strategies, and compliance issues for Canadian entities operating abroad.
    • Deliver industry expertise through client interactions, reports, technical work management presentations high-quality deliverables relating to complex offshore assurance issues.
