Description
Offering impeccable customer service;- Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with the customer (customer orientation);
- Deal with complaints about the company's products, services or policies;
- Submit a customer complaint report for submission to your supervisor;
- Act as a bridge between customers and the order department when requests for clarification are made;
- Office work when required;
- Other possible related duties:
- Prepare the orders in the established order;

(part-time evening students: welcome). We are not open on weekends and we close every evening at 6 p.m.

Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Experience required:
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of Acomba (an asset)
- Experience in customer service
Language required:
- Bilingual required (French / English):
- Advanced French, spoken and written;
- Intermediate English, spoken and written;
- Advanced English, an asset.
