Description
Offering impeccable customer service;

  • Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with the customer (customer orientation);
  • Deal with complaints about the company's products, services or policies;
  • Submit a customer complaint report for submission to your supervisor;
  • Act as a bridge between customers and the order department when requests for clarification are made;
  • Office work when required;
  • Other possible related duties:
  • Prepare the orders in the established order;

More information:
(part-time evening students: welcome). We are not open on weekends and we close every evening at 6 p.m.

Date of start of employment:
immediately

Opening hours:
Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Work Location:
Laval, QC (4717 Louis B. Mayer Street)


Experience required:

  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of Acomba (an asset)
  • Experience in customer service

Language required:

  • Bilingual required (French / English):
  • Advanced French, spoken and written;
  • Intermediate English, spoken and written;
  • Advanced English, an asset.
