Requirements:


  • Must possess supervisory skills for both staffing and children
  • Must be able to motivate and work well with a team of staff
  • Must be able to develop and participate in the delivery of creative core programming
  • Must possess Early Childhood Education diploma or University background in child studies, recreation or related experience in professional child care field
  • Must possess valid First Aid/CPR Certification

Rate of Pay:
$22.67 per hour plus vacation pay.

The Program Team Leader will work in the before & after school program, 7:30am-8:25am & 1:45pm-6:00pm, Monday-Friday. Approximately 36.75 hours/week.


Children of EXCEL employees can attend the EXCEL program at no charge

Various paid training opportunities available including High Five, First Aid/CPR, Non Violent Crisis Intervention, Fundamental Movement Skills, etc.
