    Description

    Job Title: Global Business Development

    Ajax Systems is a leading international technology company and Europe's largest developer and manufacturer of security systems with smart home features.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers across Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI, and Newfoundland.
    • Follow up on new business opportunities and arrange meetings with business partners.
    • Plan and prepare presentations to business partners and other interested parties.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with dealers and alarm receiving centers (monitoring stations).
    • Communicate product features, benefits, and developments to business partners.
    • Deliver product and commercial education and training in conjunction with business partners.
    • Encourage the specification of systems to include Ajax Systems products and solutions.
    • Work closely with branded product distribution partners to fulfill business partners' requirements.
    • Assist with market strategies for Ajax Systems products and solutions.
    • Support marketing events and attend exhibitions related to Ajax Systems products and solutions.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with intrusion products or CCTV, security products, or access control products.
    • Native French and English language skills.
    • Great business sense.
    • Deep understanding of industry standards, channels, and sectors.
    • Technical competence with security products.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Data-Driven sales approach using CRM, analytics tools, etc.
    • Ability to travel per business needs and valid driver's license.
