About the Job:

Duties include:

Customer progress and final/holdback invoicing
Change order/purchase order follow up
Collections follow up
Statutory declarations, SOV preparation, completion documentation, insurance and bonding
Project invoice/cost reconciliations
Small claims
Bonding claims
Deposits
Month end support

Skills and Requirements:

35 years of experience in a similar accounting role
Experience with Sage 300 is an asset
Maturity and professionalism to handle confidential employee and financial data
High computer literacy and efficiency to handle a high volume of work, with a minimum typing speed of 40WPM
Comfortable in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven and continuous improvement team environment
Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
Excellent customer service skills and a strong team player
