SOMMAIRE DU POSTE:

Se rapportant au chef administration, le titulaire du poste aura des responsabilités en lien direct avec la planification et l'organisation des activités administratives de l'usine.

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE:

Participe aux rapports hebdomadaires ; analyse de résultats de production ;
Aide à la fermeture des fins de mois ; écritures journalières nécessaires au balancement ;
Effectue les réceptions de marchandises inventoriées;
Participe à la conciliation des inventaires;
Soutient le département ventes pour les exportations ;
Soutient l'équipe en matière d'entrée de données de production ;
Toutes autres tâches connexes.

QUALIFICATIONS ET COMPÉTENCES REQUISES:

Détenir un diplôme d'études collégiales en en techniques administratives ou toute autre formation pertinente;
Posséder 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire ou une expérience pertinente;
Maîtrise d'Excel de niveau avancé ;
Rigueur, souci du détail et esprit analytique ;
Esprit d'initiative et capacité à travailler de façon autonome ;
Avoir de bonnes aptitudes de communication et un bon sens de l'organisation ;
Connaissance de Maestro (AS/400) et SAP (atout) ;
Bilinguisme (français et anglais) au parler et à l'écrit (nécessaire).
