Responsibilities & Skills:

What you'll get to do:

• Provide advance level support, both onsite and remotely when needed regarding hardware, software, IP Phones, Printers/Copiers and video conferencing
• Documenting all aspects of work performed in the ServiceNow ticketing system
• PC Image and setup computers
• Provide basic technical onboarding for new hires
• Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• Administration of Microsoft 365 Services, including Exchange Online and Teams as well as Active Directory, including Group policy
• Working with Intune MDM to monitor, configure and administer devices (windows, iOS, Android)
• Plan and implement systems automation as required for better efficiency
• Be well organized and highly efficient when managing your work
• Work within tight timelines with awareness of impacts on the organization and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Ability to think outside the box, improve functions, see what's working and what's not and how things can be further improved
• Willingness to work outside of business hours during an business impacting emergency or when deadlines need to be met

Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of System Administrator or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow or other similar ticketing tool
• Exceptional functional knowledge and experience with O365 suite as well as O365 admin center.
• Working knowledge of MS Intune to configure settings/policies, administer and troubleshoot devices (windows, iOS, Android)
• Moderate to advanced knowledge of Active Directory/GPO/2FA/PowerShell automation scripts.
• Moderate understanding of DNS, DHCP
• PowerShell or similar scripting experience
• Cloud experience with Azure a plus
• Working knowledge of video conferencing technology (Teams, Zoom) to provide support in conference rooms
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
• Must possess independent problemsolving skills
• Ability to work independently and be a "selfstarter"
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with multiple groups
• Must be detail oriented with strong customer service skills
