Description
We are looking for Summer student to work as a physiotherapy aide.Your responsibilities would include:
Assisting physiotherapists with client care:
including the use of TENS and interferential modalities, exercise programs etc.
Administrative duties, as required
Work cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals
Collecting outcome measure data
Maintenance and cleaning/sterilization of medical equipment
Inventory of clinical supplies
Qualifications:
You must be Canadian Citizen or Permanent resident
Age limit between years
No previous experience needed, strong work ethic and reliable
PTA diploma or Kinesiology degree preferred
Previous experience working within a clinic setting an asset
Personal, friendly demeanor with excellent relationship-building skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Casual
Salary:
$16.00-$17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
