All our meals are inspired by family recipes and made using only the best ingredients.Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Preoperational inspection
- Aseptic swabbing and sampling
- Monitoring CCPs, PCPs, and HACCP metric
- Timely and accurate record keeping via our paperless table app
- Monitor and enforce GMPs
- Identifying foods safety issues and implementing deviation procedures
- Conduct physical and sensory evaluation of finished product to ensure it meets specification
- Review of incoming raw material to ensure it meets specification
- Though understanding of HACCP and preventative control plans
- Ensuring FIFO, proper storage, and traceability of materials throughout production
- Effectively communicate with CFIA inspectors
- Complete equipment calibration and verification
- Training
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Food Science related discipline
- Experience in QA within the food industry is an asset
- Must be flexible to work AM or PM shift and weekends as required.
Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and education
