Develop, implement, and follow up on the action plan
Establish work schedules
Select and train the members
Encourage internal succession
Ensure compliance with performance ratios (food costs, controllable costs, energy costs, etc.)
Enforce St-Hubert's and Harvey's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
Ensure customer satisfaction and the quality of the St-Hubert and Harvey's customer experience, and implement measures aimed at increasing employee accountability
Participate in the organization and control of the financial, material, and technological resources
Manage all other aspects of human resources (discipline, performance management, motivation, etc.)
Participate in the implementation of marketing programs

Additional Information:

This is a full time position
Includes 3 weeks of paid vacation & participation in our insurance plan
Salary between $40K and $55K depending on experience, plus performance bonuses that could add another 20% to the posted salary
