What You'll Be Doing:

Conduct thorough legal research and provide accurate and insightful legal advice to clients.
Draft and negotiate marital settlement agreements, property division agreements, and child custody agreements.
Prepare and file legal documents, such as divorce petitions, motions, and discovery requests.
Assist clients in gathering all necessary evidence to support their case.
Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals, such as mediators and experts, to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
Stay updated on changes in family law regulations and case law to ensure accurate and compliant representation.
