Duties and responsibilities include; but are not limited to:Conduct performance reviews, organize and maintain inventory, balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, meet deadlines, train/coach and motivate staff, perform store inspections, attend required meetings and training from Head office and Owner
Must be flexible, organized, team player, dependable, excellent communication. Ability to supervise more than 12 people, head required committee meetings, work in fast paced environment while under pressure. Minimum 1 year Managerial experience.
