Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Able to conduct work outdoor including during the winter
- Sorting materials for distribution
- Maintenance of machinery; required to clean and lubricate machines
- General cleaning including tidying the shop and lunchroom
- General housekeeping on machinery and generators Assist mechanics when needed
- Experienced with cutting using oxygenpropane torches is an asset
- Experience or willing to learn to operate a skid steer and or dump truck
Qualifications:
- Must have a vehicle to drive to work and a valid driver's license
- Physically fit; bending, twisting and lifting material on a regular basis.
- Experience in scrap or construction is considered an asset
