- Draft, review, and manage a variety of legal documents including contracts, charter parties, NDAs, and master service agreements.
- Support compliance efforts regarding maritime regulations, local laws, and project-specific requirements.
- Maintain organized records of corporate, vessel, and project documentation.
- Assist in due diligence, risk assessments, and audits for maritime assets or project partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, procurement, finance) and external counsel as needed.
- Track contract milestones, renewals, and obligations.
- Other departmental related tasks when required.
- Diploma or Degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a legal or project-based environment; maritime, offshore, or energy sector experience is considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of contract law and corporate governance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both English and French.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365.
