As a contributor in Edon's operations group you will:

Work from 7:30am to 4:00pm in a teamoriented environment

What will you do?

Perform tasks in the maintenance, repair, and improvement of facilities that address building and client issues (e.g. painting, drywall repairs, door repairs, minor plumbing, counter top replacements, minor moves, etc.)
Work together with the building operations team to achieve service objectives
Maintain cleanliness of exterior and interior public spaces throughout the portfolio
Respond immediately to emergencies both during regular working hours and after hours if required
Assist with completing preventive maintenance in accordance with Edon's Preventive Maintenance Program
Respond promptly to tenant service requests.

What are we looking for?

Minimum of two years previous building maintenance experience considered an asset
Completed Grade 12 education
Owns basic hand tools
Able to use basic power tools and complete basic building maintenance
Strong customer care and communication skills
Strong command of the English language (written and verbal)
