    About Us

    Job Overview:


    We are seeking a Youth Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support network, you will be responsible for providing individualized care and support to young people in their daily lives.



    Main Responsibilities:



    • To provide ongoing, culturally sensitive care while adhering to organizational policies and procedures.

    • To intervene purposefully into the young person's daily life events in a manner which will help them reach agreed upon goals of their time within the program.

    • To develop, manage, facilitate and direct all daily program activities.

    • Transport youth to appointments (medical and others) as required.​​

    1. The job holder is expected to work from a needs-based, trauma-informed relational child and youth care approach as per organizational expectations and standards.​​
