- Perform administrative, reception and educational duties.
- Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- DUTIES and
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Community Service:
- Monitor individual student community service hours and advise Student Affairs of any issues of student noncompliance.
- Maintain records of student community service hours for the Director.
Attendance:
- Pick up student attendance sheets from deposit tray.
- Enter attendance data into Inkwell from teachers' attendance sheets for every period and place attendance sheets in teacher mailboxes.
- Inform the principal if teachers do not submit their attendance on time.
Record Maintenance:
- Process, check and store appropriately class teaching records (evaluation material etc.) from each department head at semester beginning and end. The record checklists to be provided by the Director.
- Collect, organize and file all student information for O.S. Records.
- Upload student photographs into Inkwell.
Inventory
- Organize and control all supplies and teaching equipment, maintain records and sufficient inventory while keeping within budgetary restrictions.
- Order supplies.
Copier Control and Maintenance:
- Responsible for the control, maintenance, and organization of the school copiers.
- Check all copiers daily (upon arrival) for supplies: verify if maintenance is required, ensure all are in working condition.
- Solve office equipment and machinery issues and arrange for appropriate maintenance and repair work.
- Distribute copier codes, analyze and control teacher and student usage.
- Organize lease maintenance of copiers as required.
Assistant
- Provide assistance to the Principal, Vice-Principals, and Director of Student Affairs as requested.
- Organize/Take meeting minutes as required for Academic Affairs.
- Organize and control mail and parcel storage and distribution.
- Inventory/ maintenance of files and academic materials.
Reception
- Provide reception services to students and visitors
- Maintain and supervise student computer/copier area
- Check overnight voice mails and distribute messages accordingly
- Answer all telephone calls in a polite and friendly manner and relay messages
- Deal with queries from public customers.
- General administrative and clerical support
- Prepare letters and documents as required
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- QUALIFICATIONS:_
- Completion of secondary school.
- Completion of related college courses in admin/record keeping would be a plus.
- Experienced in office administration and reception duties is a must.
- Knowledge and/or experience using Microsoft Office/spreadsheet is desired.
- Well organized, accurate, and multitasking preferred.
- TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:_
Performance will be evaluated at 3 months probation period, as well, annually.
Lunch meal is provided with free parking with this position.

Salary:
From $34,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
