Under the supervision of the Senior Product Manager - Websites, the Digital Business Analyst assists the Senior Product Manager - Websites by ensuring the improvement of the digital user experience and supporting the implementation of digital products and services on all our web platforms.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the organization's requirements and needs for its web platforms and alternative solutions;
  • Create, maintain and configure welldefined and detailed user stories that support the strategy established by the Senior Product Manager
  • Websites;
  • Represent the product team in daily scrum rituals;
  • Support the development of digital products and services on all our web platforms;
  • Ensure the improvement of the digital user experience which includes reporting and data analysis;
  • Monitor website issues identified by colleagues across the global network;
  • Test web pages in development and optimize content performance;
  • Propose optimization solutions for existing pages;
  • Ensure quality control;
  • Update documentation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • College diploma (DEC) or an AEC, certificate in Business Analysis or any other relevant training and a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication skills, in French and English, both oral and written;
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), Sitecore, an asset;
  • Experience with responsive web design principles;
  • Excellent knowledge of SEO;
  • Knowledge of Photoshop;
  • Knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

  • Selfstarter with strong prioritization skills;
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Understanding of user experience and visual design concepts;
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problemsolving environment;
  • Experience in analyzing, transcribing and delivering product requirements for organizations that provide web solutions.
