Description
Position requiresrotational shift work.
Shift Timings are - Weekdays: 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM and 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM and Weekends: Sat: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM and Sun: 01:00 PM 08:00 PM
Skills Required:
-
Should have an experience of 1-3 years in Customer Service:
Must be fluent to a professional level in French (reading, writing and speaking):- If the associate has worked on Service Now ticketing tool would be an advantage
Excellent Customer Service:
- Should have the capability to do multitasking
- Should have good team skills
- Should be Proactive and ready to take initiatives
Good to Have Skills:
- Very good troubleshooting knowledge for Microsoft products, Windows
- Escalates unresolved problem/issues/requests to the proper tier 2 and 3 support team
Ready to be flexible with rotational shifts:
- Follow Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
