Description

• Process and post customer payments to appropriate accounts
• Prepare and send invoices to customers
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with customers for payment
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Process vendor invoices and do cheque runs for payables
• Perform data entry tasks related to accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Answer incoming calls

• Previous experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable preferred
• Proficiency in using software in Sage 300 system an asset
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Monday to Friday

• Accounts receivable: 5 years (preferred)
