DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Utilization of problemsolving skills and processes to assist our clients.
  • Determining and setting priority levels on customer issues to ensure timely and effective responses.
  • Obtaining relevant certifications in SolidWorks, and related products.
  • Extensive use of Oracle NetSuite and the Dassault Systèmes DSxClient and 3DSupport web portals.
  • Minimal to no travel required.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Currently enrolled in a college or university engineering program.
  • Experience with 3D CAD modeling; SOLIDWORKS preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills (individual, group, and via electronic webbased services internally and with clients).
  • Prior customer service experience an asset.
  • Forwardthinking troubleshooting skills and problemsolving abilities.
  • Familiarity with various drafting standards and engineering practices an asset.
  • Understanding of vast manufacturing terminology and processes an asset.
  • Functional understanding of Microsoft Windows, PC hardware, and computer networking, an asset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks is essential.
