Position Summary:


Fujifilm has a long history in Medical Imaging with beginnings in film processing, evolving to become the first medical imaging innovator to introduce CR technology and now setting new standards with digital detectors and medical imaging devices.

Fujifilm Canada is excited to have a direct presence in Canada to provide service, sales and support since April 2019.

As the Fujifilm medical imaging division continues to grow, we are happy to see investment into new technologies such as the recent introduction of the FDR X-Air ultra-portable X-ray unit as well as the recent Health Canada Approval and product launch of our Aspire Cristalle Mammography Platform.


Position Responsibilities:

Bookings and Revenue

  • Meet and exceed sales goals in assigned sales geography by calling on hospitals, radiologists, or hospital owned/managed imaging centers, radiology groups, key account, key opinion leaders, key decision makers, and the installed base within the assigned geography and account targets

Responsible for:

  • Driving core products of portfolio;
  • Driving installed base conversion to new sales;
  • Development of new and Management of existing customer accounts.
  • Develop, drive, and maintain strategic account plans and work closely with sales team colleagues on executing against those plans to win strategic business.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and reports of sales activity in a timely manner.
  • Closes all portfolio products within assigned geography and account targets.
  • Sells Medical Imaging Equipment Solutions offered by portfolio whereby expanding existing business within the Company's installed base, while prospecting for new opportunities within new accounts.
  • Participates in strategic customer meetings and strategy sessions to drive booking and sales results.
  • Manage current business and identify new opportunities within existing accounts, as well as building relationships with potential customers to develop new opportunities within the territory.
  • Leads complex sales negotiations with existing and future customers within the assigned sales geography.
  • Participates in special projects, tasks, and studies as requested by management.
Customer Service

  • Coordinates and supports effective customer communication from Fujifilm's resources.
  • Communicates market intelligence and makes recommendation to key stakeholders aimed at optimizing Fujifilm's ability to meet the needs of the customer and enhance the portfolio offering.
  • Maintains effective communications between the customer and crossfunctional departments within the organization to ensure maximum sales success and a positive customer experience.
Sales Operations

  • Has a very good understanding of Canadian Procurement processes and will contribute to the Strategic Planning and completion of Request for Proposals.
  • Prepares quotes, contracts, and site configurations to ensure accurate terms, conditions, pricing and configuration in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
  • Provides accurate booking documents enabling the Sales and Marketing Operations.
  • Demonstrates proficient and effective use of the Company's CRM tool, as directed by management. Ensures that opportunity pipelines, account activity, quote activity, contact management, assets and result reporting are accurately populated in system. Maintains accurate and detailed records and work strategically to collaborate with all members of the selling team based on data collected.
  • Prospects, qualifies, and has lead responsibility for closing Medical Imaging Equipment sales opportunities within the assigned geography and account targets.
Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Maintains effective communications within and between various crossfunctional departments within the organization to ensure maximum sales success, improved business processes and a positive customer experience.
  • Shares responsibility for successful installations and implementations with all departments.
  • Participates in meetings and conferences via a travel schedule that is consistent with the requirements of the position.
  • Performs special projects, tasks and studies, as needed.
  • Drives all efforts aimed at providing superior customer experience.
  • Work in conjunction with Technical Service team regarding installation, product or technical issues, training issues, new product introduction and demo activities.
Key Performance Indicators

  • Achieve sales quota within assigned geography.
  • Collaborate with Technical Service and other departmental groups to achieve a positive customer experience with assigned target accounts.
