The Aesthetics Manager is responsible for managing the overall aesthetic appeal of Manhas Haelth's products, services, and brand.

The role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance the visual and sensory experience of customers, ensuring that the company's products and services are visually appealing, and aligning with the company's brand image.

The Aesthetics Manager will work closely with the aestheticians to maximize productivity, scheduling client satisfaction to make the department run as effectively as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Aestheticians to produce effective results and the highest satisfaction in customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the visual and sensory experience of customers.
Ensure that the company's products and services are visually appealing and align with the company's brand image.
Work closely with the marketing, design, and product development teams to ensure that all aspects of the company's aesthetic appeal are consistent and effective.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for aesthetic improvement.
Develop and manage budgets for aesthetic projects.
Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to execute aesthetic projects.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for aesthetic improvement.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in aesthetics.
Support HR in performance management and recruitment for Aesthetics department.

Qualifications:

Certification in related field
Experience in management
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Experience with budget management and vendor management.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in aesthetics.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
