Bauhaus Doors is an established 30 year old company that specializes in architectural exotic wood windows and doors. We have an immediate opening for a carpenter's helper.


Job Type:
Permanent, Full-time, (41 hours/week)


Location:
North York, Ontario


Job Requirements:


  • Experience in a wood shop necessary. Experience with woodworking machinery (table saw, jointer, etc.) necessary.
  • Physically fit, will require some heavy lifting
  • Door site installation experience will be plus (caulking, trim, measuring RSO's)
  • Door hardware knowledge will be a plus (mortise locks, closers, etc)
  • Glazing experience will be a plus
  • Must be dependable, punctual and competent on heavy woodworking machinery (jointer, table saw, miter saw, etc.)
  • Must be a good team player as most projects are done in a team environment
  • Full G license
  • Compensation commensurate with experience

Salary:
$17.00-$27.00 per hour
