Data Import Cleanup for Setup

Job description
We are looking for a skilled freelancer to assist us with our initial data import into The ideal candidate will help clean and organize our data to ensure it is ready for effective use within the platform.
This is a crucial step in our setup, and we need someone with experience in data management and familiarity with to guide us through the process.
Your expertise will help us optimize our workflow and ensure a smooth transition to using the platform efficiently.Specifically:
We have just started with and need help getting our initial data import cleaned and ready for use.
Currently we have two boards imported, Contacts & Companies (Accounts)
We need the following completed:
Contacts Board
All Contact names (Far Left Column) - to be populated from the Contact First Name & Contact Last Name Column (Some of these have been completed - See Tim Huynh)
All Companies to be linked via the Companies Column
Please de-duplicate all - Choose the Contact with the most content
Companies (Accounts) Board:
Link Companies to Corresponding Contacts
Grouping - We have begun grouping the Contacts, but want to shift to focusing on grouping the Companies - Can you please create The same groups we have in contacts (Institutional, Top 100, Top 400 etc.) and put the Companies that correspond with the contacts in those groups, into their own Company Group using the same label - This will only be for roughly 1/4 of the total - we will complete the remaning grouping
Please de-duplicate all - Choose the Company with the most content
Other potential Jobs (Feel free to bid now)
People Assignments - We have begun assigning Users - Sean Worl & Ken Verbeck to the Contacts we have grouped - can you create this option in Companies and assign the companies to the users we have assigned for the corresponding contacts
Any potential optimization organization for Calling - call tracking, call scheduling - we are very new to this platform and don't know how to utilize Activities Timeline etc.
Any suggestions you have seen for commercial real estate optimization/organization
In future we will want to hire someone to scrub our old databases (Salesforce & Clientlook) to import any missing or additional data
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
