Full-Time, Permanent IT Technician
Saskatoon, SK

$18/hr - $25/hr based on experience, knowledge, and personal skills.

Personable and comfortable interacting with clients
Strong communication skills, critical thinking skills, organizational skills, and time Management
Install, configure hardware and software to suit clients' needs
Ability to troubleshoot, identify and resolve hardware, software and network problems
Knowledge of using diagnostic tools, service aids, and product schematics, to assess and resolve equipment and system failures
Ability to recommend hardware and software improvements to clients
Maintain and update local networks, servers, backups etc
Ensure privacy and security of networks and computer systems
Track customer issues and resolutions
Input, update and maintain accurate records of your daytoday tasks
Maintain hardware and software inventory
Must work well independently, be selfmotivated as well as follow directions.

8-hour shift - Flexible schedule based around core hours
Monday to Friday (some after hours and weekend support, as needed)
Overtime
90% onsite 10% remote

Requirements:

Must have a positive personality
Must reside in or near Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
Driver's License with access to a reliable vehicle
