    The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting legal due diligence reviews, analyzing legal documents, and providing legal advice to the organization.


    The ideal candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, a minimum of 3 years of experience in legal due diligence, and a strong understanding of corporate law.

    The candidate should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
