We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Brand Marketing Lead, to join our Toronto team.

In this role, you will lead a team of professionals and leverage innovative marketing strategies expertise to orchestrate the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive Sustain's growth and expansion within the B2B sector (business-to-business).

Internally you will be known as Supervisor, Commercial Brand Marketing.


What you will do:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with Enbridge Sustain's objectives to generate leads, acquire new customers, and increase revenue
  • Campaign Leadership:
Lead all aspects of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, trade shows, industry publications, and traditional marketing avenues, ensuring consistency across all channels, maintaining brand integrity and reputation

  • Customer-First:
Leverage research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of marketing trends, opportunities, and areas of growth within the B2B sector

  • Industry Leadership:
Craft compelling and targeted content strategies tailored for B2B audiences including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and industry-specific content

  • Analytics Mindset:
Establish key indicators and metrics to measure performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights

  • Budget Management:

Own the B2B marketing budget within the larger marketing P&L, working with the Senior allocate resources efficiently across various campaigns and initiatives to achieve maximum value.


Who you are:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing including accountbased marketing, lead generation and nurture strategies (Bonus points if you have experience within the energy space (i.e HVAC, utility, etc) Experience leading, mentoring, and growing a team. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and analytics. Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and strategic thinking abilities. Experience in brief writing for marketing campaigns. #joinourteam #LIhybrid
